  Hilti Office

  Hilti is a manufacturing company that develops, manufactures
  and markets products for the construction, building maintenance
  and mining industries, primarily to the professional end-use.

  Our client wanted a smart office with a dynamic arrangement.
  Additionally, their existing workspace was overcrowded,
  off brand, with no breakout space to encourage interaction.

  To assure the move was a success, ZOES Creative Studio
  came in as a workplace consultant which allowed us to
  best understand Hilti’soccupational and cultural needs. In doing
  so, we provided Hilti with theoretical blueprints on what they
  should be looking for in a new site. Key drivers were creating a
  smart office reflecting a unique, playful culture and core values
  of “enthusiastic customers” and “build a better future” to attract
  and retain the best talent as well as creating a ‘shop front’
  to encourage walk-in customers and increase impulse sales.

  Breakout and social space was really important so
  that staff could get together and brainstorm
  new ideas and be inspired by the space they work in.
