We’ll research your needs, operational practice, values, budget and timescales in order to set out a clear objective. Building evaluation. We’ll advise about how the building may match the occupational brief in terms of best fit.Office design and space planning
ZOES Creative Studio will develop an imaginative space plan for maximum efficiency and luxurious environment. We will visualise layouts based upon CAD planning/ 3D visualizations, samples of finishes and mood boards. Our designers will illustrate traffic flows, meeting spaces, storage, equipment location, power and data points, sources of light and acoustics.Construction and Procurement

We have established a Green Policy containing medium to long-term environment and sustainability strategies. We have successfully helped key clients achieve their desired sustainability certifications and continue to do so.Workplace Safety & Health
At Zoes Creative Studio, we adopt stringent occupational health and safety practices to ensure work is carried out in an injury- and illness-free environment. We operate an in-house drawn occupational health and safety management system that includes providing accurate information about the health and safety aspects of our operations and maintain the practice of continual improvement. We also inform our panel of suppliers on the expectations and require them to adopt sound occupational health and safety management practices in line with ours. -
